Alan brings decades of experience to Carolina Pool King, having worked in the pool industry since 1977. His background spans commercial pool construction, residential repairs, and hands-on problem solving across Florida and North Carolina.
Alan enjoys working outdoors and building lasting relationships with customers by delivering dependable, high-quality pool repair and renovation services throughout the Charlotte area.
Caleb Senior Pool Technician
Caleb is a Charlotte native and has been a dedicated member of the Carolina Pool King team for over 10 years. As an experienced pool technician, he specializes in pool maintenance, equipment upgrades, and helping customers understand how to properly care for their pools.
Known for his reliability and problem-solving skills, Caleb takes pride in delivering efficient, high-quality pool service to homeowners across Charlotte, NC.
Kattia Founder & Owner
Kat founded Carolina Pool King in 2007 after discovering her passion for hands-on work and the pool industry. With over 20 years of experience, she has grown the company into a trusted, family-owned pool service provider serving Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.
Kat is deeply committed to her team, her customers, and delivering dependable pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. She splits her time between Charlotte and Las Vegas with her husband, children, and crazy Sheepadoodle and Giant Schnauzer.
Gabby Operations & Customer Relations
Gabby joined Carolina Pool King in 2017 and plays a vital role in operations and customer relations. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction, she helps ensure our pool service clients receive consistent, reliable care.
Raised in the Carolinas, Gabby is committed to integrity, community, and supporting Carolina Pool King’s continued growth in the Charlotte market.
Aubrey Administrative Assistant
Aubrey is the Administrative Assistant at Carolina Pool King, supporting our team and customers by keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. She serves as a friendly, reliable point of contact for our Charlotte-area pool service clients.
Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys writing, painting, yoga, and supporting local businesses. She lives in Charlotte with her husband, Jarvis, and their calico cat, Willow.
Alyvia Billing & Accounts
Alyvia manages billing and customer accounts at Carolina Pool King, ensuring payments and account details are handled accurately and efficiently. She plays a key role in keeping our pool service operations seamless for customers throughout the Charlotte area.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Alyvia now calls Charlotte home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring local parks, and spending time with family.
